Warranty
If your facility is 100% covered by a
Sonitrol burglary system and you suffer a loss pursuant to a forcible intrusion
that was not detected and reported by Sonitrol, we'll cover your loss up
to $5,000! This isn't insurance; it's in addition to any
insurance you may have. It's just our way of assuring you that our service
will deliver when needed. See

Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee our Sonitrol burglary
system to perform as represented for
as long as you remain our customer. If, at any time, during the initial six
(6) months of service, you are not satisfied with our system or our
performance, and we cannot resolve your concerns, we will remove
our equipment and refund your installation investment in full. Note:
This money back guarantee does not apply to access control, CCTV or
Sonavision systems.

Service Guarantee
If your system should require emergency service, we'll have
a service technician on-site within four (4) hours. If we are unable to
repair your system, we will arrange and pay for on-site protection of your
facility until the system is repaired, providing that the problem has not
been caused by customer abuse, a lack of electricity or telephone service,
fire, flood, or act of God beyond Sonitrol's reasonable control.
